Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred for supervisory roles.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams is required.
• Proficiency with SAP and Kronos is a plus; MS Office knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Select and train employees to perform tasks effectively.
• Oversee daily operations: planning, scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
• Meet or exceed the annual manufacturing budget.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Achieve safety objectives and lead safety initiatives.
• Foster two-way communication and recognize staff.
• Balance manpower with production loads and forecasts.
• Remove barriers hindering teamwork and efficiency.
• Reduce OEM lead times to increase market share.
• Keep leadership informed of major issues.
• Manage areas to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Promote safety and safety achievements with the Safety Committee.
