Job summary

You will mentor team leads, coordinate with departments, and help drive lean initiatives while maintaining a union-free environment; SAP and Kronos experience is preferred, and second shift with overtime is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select and train employees to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
• Mentor Team Lead to schedule production and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain smooth workflow and value stream ownership.
• Maintain union-free environment and adhere to Kronos and SAP processes.
