Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to guide the production team, ensure targets are met, and uphold safety and quality standards on the floor. You will train and motivate staff, drive continuous improvement, and manage yields and line performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, manufacturing experience, and strong communication to coordinate with operations and ensure compliance with safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading training, coaching, or mentoring staff.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred; logistics or warehouse experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with analytical/math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor and correct unsafe conditions.
• Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP/USDA compliance.
• Maintain product quality through safety plans and SOP training.
• Track yields and efficiencies; drive improvements to cut downtime and costs.
• Direct hourly staff to align safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and daily floor walks.
• Analyze metrics and suggest changes to boost efficiency and quality.
