Job summary

SteriPax in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a Quality and Production Supervisor (2nd Shift: M-Th) to lead the Quality and Production teams. This role ensures product quality through first article, in-process and final inspections, and robust documentation.

The position reports to the Quality and Production Manager, with authority to supervise the shift when managers are unavailable. On-site, full-time, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with laboratory and/or cleanroom environment, equipment and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates or other non-direct reports.
• Must be able to perform all functions of the Quality Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all shift activity performed by employees; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees throughout the shift.
• Monitors and reports daily production issues, successes, material usages, waste and downtime.
• Oversees the completion and coordination of quality activities including First Article, In Process testing and Final inspections.
• Assists in schedule oversight and workflow; trains, motivates and coaches staff.
