Job summary

Avient is seeking a Production Associate in Bethlehem, PA to join our manufacturing team. In this entry-level role you will perform weigh-up or packaging duties, ensure product quality, and support batch preparation according to recipes and safety rules.

Working Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, you’ll collaborate with operators, follow Avient policies, and help meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Industrial operations experience preferred.
• Must read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Must have basic math skills for unit conversions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Obtain batch documentation and ensure correct ingredients are ready.
• Set up and operate weigh-up or packaging machinery safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper paperwork.
• Support production operators to keep equipment running.
