Avient Corporation is hiring for a Production Associate in Hatfield, PA. You will perform weigh-up or packaging tasks to ensure high-quality output and cost efficiency in a busy production area.

You’ll work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, Monday–Friday, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour plus shift premiums. Avient offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off, promoting safety and teamwork.

• Sets up machinery and checks controls for safety and accuracy.
• Delivers materials to work areas and assists Production Operators.
• Performs cleaning and required paperwork/compliance.
