Job summary

Isolatek International is seeking a Production Batcher for a 4/10 schedule in Kansas City, KS. This role emphasizes organizing and verifying materials for FireSolve® production, weighing batches, and following approved formulas and SOPs.

You will operate mixing equipment, monitor quality, and maintain accurate records in a manufacturing setting. The position requires 1–4 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read batch records, and physical capability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow batch records and SOPs.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly.
• Forklift operation within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, weigh, stage, and organize raw materials for FireSolve® batches.
• Review batch records and production schedules for material readiness.
• Verify material codes, lot numbers, quantities, and inventory status.
• Weigh and document raw material additions per batch records and work instructions.
• Manufacture FireSolve® products following formulas and procedures.
• Operate mixers, agitators, pumps, scales, and related equipment.
• Maintain batch records, material usage, and equipment logs.
• Follow safety policies and keep 5S standards.
