Tip Top Poultry Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a Salary Production 2nd Shift Manager to lead all aspects of plant production on the second shift. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with shipping and other departments to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong hands-on leadership, the ability to develop teams through training and communication, and solid knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and federal/state guidelines.
