Job summary

You will coordinate with department managers to achieve manufacturing objectives on time and within budget. You will develop and control profits, plans and budgets, implement cost-effective controls, lead preventative maintenance, and drive continuous process improvement while maintaining plant facilities and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations for safety, environmental, production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receiving.

• Develop and control profits, plans, and budget; implement cost controls over capital and operating expenditures.
• Provide leadership and training to production supervisors and other staff.
• Drive continual process improvement and plant cleanliness and organization.
