Job summary

Conagra Brands in Louisville, KY is seeking a Machine Operator to operate, monitor and maintain production equipment. You will help ensure product quality, safety and production targets while collaborating with the production team.

The role involves shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with an hourly rate of $23.45 plus a $0.75 shift differential. You will follow GMP, complete tasks on schedule and support sanitation and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process to meet established performance standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company policies.
• Document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shifts.
• Support sanitation and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and operational concerns.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and adjustments of equipment as needed.
