Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a production team member to support daily operations on our onsite facility in Hagerstown, MD. You will help maintain safe, high-quality production while collaborating with teammates to meet output targets on a 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication in a fast-paced, repetitive environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with comprehensive safety training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment according to established processes to maintain consistent output.
• Assist the production line with bagging and packaging finished products to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor line performance and communicate with teammates and the Production Team Leader to address issues.
• Support line changeovers, sanitation steps, and setup tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.
• Perform quality checks and document findings to support product standards.
• Partner with your team to keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and food safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate closely with peers to foster an environment built on shared goals and mutual support.
