Job summary

Ring Container Packaging - Louisville is seeking a 2nd shift Operator for a Monday–Friday, 3:45pm–12:00am schedule. You will safely operate production machinery, perform preventative maintenance, and participate in changeovers to ensure top quality output while maintaining documentation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.
• Able to take direction and work well with others.
• Able to work under the stress of deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Capable of reacting to changes and performing tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently and document accordingly.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and assist with equipment changeovers.
• Produce high quality products within specifications and report deviations.
• Monitor OEE, SPC data and quality measurements; communicate issues to staff.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance according to policy.
