Job summary

GameChange Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Grand Rapids, MI facility. You will oversee fabrication, processing, assembling and related shift operations, directing teams, training staff, and tracking production and quality metrics.

The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years in manufacturing and 3+ years leading 10+ direct reports, with strong SOP adherence, safety focus, and data reporting using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Machine Operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading 10+ direct reports.
• Ability to follow multistep instructions accurately.
• Ability to retain and apply SOPs and standard work instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and supervise shift workers to ensure efficient production.
• Direct workflow, prioritize tasks, and manage daily production execution.
• Ensure quality plans, safety standards, and reporting of issues.
