Responsibilities

• Drive department strategies aligned with plant objectives.
• Manage shift activities of production departments.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics across departments.
• Lead daily department meetings with cross-functional reps.
• Resolve quality, performance, or downtime issues promptly.
• Support ISO 9000 and AS9100 standards.
• Travel may be required (5-10%).
