Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Team Lead.
• Extensive knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and workflow management.
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team members on the second shift.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and staffing to meet daily production targets.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
