Job summary

Gibraltar Industries seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the daily production workflow and supervise staff. You will ensure on-time schedules while upholding quality and safety programs on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving KPI improvements, and maintaining equipment uptime. A Spanish-speaking background is preferred, with a minimum of three years in manufacturing and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day production workflow and supervises production staff.
• Maintains on-time production schedules and enforces quality and safety programs.
• Drives and monitors production KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
• Coordinates maintenance to minimize downtime and ensures equipment safety compliance.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
• Generates and analyzes data using reports and Microsoft Suite; enters daily production data into the labor management system.
