Job summary

Gibraltar is seeking a Production Manager to maintain production flow and meet QAP goals. You will work with the team to ensure quality and leadership development, communicating across departments to drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably metals, and will involve safety, training, and payroll duties as part of operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of managing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with metals manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read Excel and Crystal reports; basic algebra and statistics knowledge.
• Forklift license may be required to facilitate production.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs across safety, people, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Lead 8D problem solving and standardized work processes.
• Coach and develop team; ensure training and documentation are complete.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of information; ensure compliance with policies.
