Qualifications

• Experience reviewing data, tracking sheets, or schedules to determine availability or timelines.
• Proven history of sharing updates and coordinating work across teams.
• Experience preparing, verifying, and distributing accurate paperwork, labels, or forms.

Responsibilities

• Standardize production documentation and ensure readiness before job launch.
• Support audits with organized, compliant records of production activities.
• Optimize order fulfillment using real-time data and dynamic schedules.
• Prioritize, fast-track, and troubleshoot urgent customer orders with production teams.
• Provide order visibility as the central point of contact for production status updates.
• Execute daily and weekly master production plans to maintain on-time delivery.
• Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts or material bottlenecks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate raw material stocking levels and manage material transfers between facilities.
• Prepare and distribute accurate production documents, labels, and quality control forms for the floor.
