Job summary

DITSCH USA is hiring a Production Associate for the Cincinnati, Ohio facility. The role focuses on proper packaging of materials and finished products for shipment, movement of materials, and supporting safety, quality, and production goals.

The second shift runs 6:00pm–4:00am or 4:00pm–2:00am, Monday–Thursday with Fridays as needed. Responsibilities include equipment operation, GMP compliance, and daily tasks to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry documents in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with GMPs, SQF, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage at all times.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and labeling of materials.
• Pack, weigh, and label items for shipment per instructions.
• Operate equipment such as metal detectors, tape, and label machines.
• Follow GMPs and SQF policies and procedures.
• Conduct basic quality checks for seals, labels, weights, and aesthetics.
• Stage materials to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
• Load raw materials and supplies into production equipment safely.
