Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Production Associate on 1st shift to support packaging, move materials, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. You will work on the production line, pack, weigh, label finished products, and help maintain quality.

Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, plus ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
