Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Production Associate to join the 1st shift team. You will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently, with starting pay of $18-$20/hour.

The role is hands-on and team‑oriented, requiring attention to quality and the ability to follow safety procedures. You will also participate in equipment checks, labeling, loading materials, and sanitation to maintain production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move for 8+ hours.
• Able to work in varying temperatures from freezer to production floor.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
