Job summary

Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Associate for 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations safe and efficient.

Starting pay is $18-$20/hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and paid holidays, and ongoing training. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
