Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a 2nd shift Production Associate to support packaging, materials handling, and line operations for efficient production. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll help maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role starts at $18–$20 per hour with 2nd shift hours (4:00PM–2:00AM or 6:00PM–4:00AM, Mon–Thu, Fridays as needed). A High School diploma and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and weekend flexibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move for 8+ hours.
• Able to work varying temperatures (freezer to production floor).

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
