Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Associate for the Cincinnati, OH area on 3rd shift. You will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. Starting pay is $18-$20/hour, with benefits and ongoing training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move 8+ hours.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
