Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a production associate for the 2nd shift (4:00 PM to 12:30 AM) with Saturdays and Sundays off. Responsibilities include labeling, portioning ingredients, meal bagging, and following SOPs/BP to ensure quality and safety standards.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and follow GMP/PPE protocols. HS diploma preferred; 6+ months of production/warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
• Detail oriented with clean workspace and safety compliance.
• Experience adhering to GMP and PPE standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and BP to label packaging, portion ingredients and bag meals.
• Perform RTH helper and general production tasks as assigned.
• Meet daily goals, report damages or foreign materials immediately.
