Job summary

Home Chef in Illinois is seeking a RTH Helper to support the warehouse and production team on the 2nd shift (4:00 PM to 12:30 AM) with Saturdays and Sundays off. The role involves following SOPs, labeling packaging, portioning ingredients, and meal bagging to exact quantities under supervision.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean workspaces, follow GMP and PPE standards, report issues, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement while performing

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks according to SOP/BP, including labeling packaging and portioning ingredients.
• Bag meals and ensure correct quantities for meal bagging/kitting.
• Follow GMP and PPE standards (safety goggles, blue aprons, white sleeves, protective footwear).
• Report damages, missing parts or foreign materials immediately to FSQA / Leadership.
• Bring up improvement ideas to RTH leadership and continuously work to improve.
• When not assisting with RTH tasks, execute normal production functions.
