Home Chef is hiring a Production Associate to handle labeling, portioning, and meal bagging, while ensuring compliance with GMPs and SQF. The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork and accurate shipping to meet daily goals.

The position follows a day shift from 7 AM to 5:30 PM with Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off. 0% travel, on-site at facilities, with benefits including healthcare and 401k. Candidate should be comfortable in a production/warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Labeling, portioning and meal bagging to standard rates.
• Shipping duties with strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Follow GMPs and keep work area clean; adhere to SQF and quality programs.
• Assist in end-of-day cleanup and safe lifting practices.
• Support company safety and food safety SOPs.
