Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Prior cleanroom experience.
• Prior experience working with measuring devices and microscopes.
• Physical requirements: Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to discern colors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and load machines, including UV Bonding and packaging.
• Measure, handle materials, coat, mask, mix, blast and inspect products.
• Follow process instructions and test procedures; record related documentation to meet quality requirements.
• Interface with manufacturing systems and use computers for data entry.
• Perform set-ups, prep work, cleanup, and quality assurance of own work area.
• Support continuous improvements through idea submission and leading assigned projects.
