Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an assembler in Salt Lake City to join a team building medical devices. You will assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies, process and inspect components, and follow detailed instructions to ensure quality across product lines.

You will document production activities, strive to meet schedules, and maintain a clean, safe workspace with 6S practices. This onsite role offers a Monday–Thursday night shift and eligibility for bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Wage: $21.25/hr base + $2.00/hr shift premium; bonus eligible and benefits.
• Travel: 0%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products.
• Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds.
• Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records.
• Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle times.
• Perform basic set-up, work preparation, and cleanup of workspace.
• Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment with 6S and continuous improvement.
