Job summary

Stryker Group in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an entry-level to mid-level assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components across product lines, follow detailed work instructions, and document production and quality records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing or assembly experience. You will work Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:30am with overtime as needed, and you will receive a $21.25/hour base wage plus a $2.00

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines
• Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately
• Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards
• Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations
• Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area
• Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives
