Job summary

Stryker Corporation is hiring an Onsite Assembler III to perform assembly, testing, inspection and documentation that supports production goals and quality. You will work across multiple production lines, using various systems and equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, rework, verify, test, and inspect components per procedures.
• Follow instructions to ensure products meet quality and specs.
• Complete production documentation and maintain records in electronic systems.
• Monitor schedules and meet build rates and cycle times.
• Use manufacturing software and digital tools to support activities.
• Participate in quality and safety improvement initiatives.
• Prepare products and containers for domestic and international shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform setup and checks.
