Job summary

Stryker Group in Salt Lake City is seeking a manufacturing associate for Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:30am with potential overtime. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components, inspect parts, and document production records to meet quality specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing or assembly experience. Compensation includes $21.25/hr base plus $2.00/hr shift premium, with bonus eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines.
• Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately.
• Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards.
• Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations.
• Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area.
• Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
