Job summary

Stryker in Chandler, AZ is seeking an assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble electrical and mechanical components, interpret blueprints, perform tests, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on multiple product lines.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, adhering to schedules, and coordinating with others to deliver finished goods on time. Prior warehouse experience is valued; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines.
• Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.
• Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times.
• Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required.
• Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety and preventative maintenance programs, strives for cost reduction, and commits to on time, complete, and error free shipments.
• Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications.
• Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area.
• Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.
