Job summary

Stryker in Chandler, AZ is seeking an assembler to join our production team on a Monday–Friday shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm, with overtime as needed. You will assemble electrical and mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and harnesses, following work instructions and blueprints to meet strict quality standards and safety guidelines.

You will prepare, inspect, test, and document processes across product lines, maintain clean work areas, and ensure on-time, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies to contribute to product completion.
• Follow process work instructions and test procedures to meet quality requirements.
• Adhere to safety, quality and productivity standards and document related activities.
• Interface with manufacturing systems as needed and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure on-time, complete shipments.
