Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside division seeks a Processing Technician in Lincoln, IL. You will operate harvest processing equipment, ensuring quality and compliance while maintaining a sanitary, efficient workflow. The role requires 1 year in a food production or similar environment and strict adherence to safety procedures.

You’ll work with trimming and sorting machinery, log material weights, and support cross-functional tasks to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label products precisely.
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Process harvest flower material by hand and with trimming/sorting machinery.
• Operate and maintain the trimming and sorting equipment.
• Collaborate with sorting team to ensure smooth product flow and efficiency.
• Grate and sort processed material and log weights.
• Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality.
• Clean and sanitize machines between runs; keep area sanitary.
• Transport products safely from workspace to storage.
• Adhere to high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support other functions as needed to meet changing demands.
