Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and appropriately plated.
• Follow kitchen processes during meal service.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance meals.
• Wash dishes and pans per dishwashing procedure.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Follow residents’ diet and allergy information for meals.
• Maintain food service records per regulations and policies.
• Store food per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean and compliant.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar with refreshments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
