Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus and expectations.
• Serve food timely at correct temperatures.
• Follow kitchen processes during meal service.
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experience.
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Track diets, allergies, and preferences from resident orders.
• Maintain food service records per regulations and policies.
• Store food per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Keep kitchen and dining area compliant with cleanliness standards.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar for refreshments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
