Qualifications

• Requires average math skills and ability to read/instructions in English.
• Must be physically able to lift, push, pull, and position components.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor directions.
• Install machine fixtures to ensure safe operation.
• Operate machines (lathes, mills, drills, presses, CNCs) per specs.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and observe PPE and safety protocols.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
