Job summary

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk to work in our Sauget, IL Service Center. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers.

Other duties may apply as requested by management. The role requires multitasking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy; familiarity with Windows and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to type 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities
