Job summary

R+L Carriers in Seekonk, MA, is hiring a Pre-Clerk to join the service center team. The role involves answering a multi-line phone system, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers, with Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11:00pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Strong office, telephone and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system.
• Redirect calls to appropriate contacts.
• Data entry and processing of driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers and support daily operations.
