Zusammenfassung

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Positive Support Specialist (PSS) to support individuals with intensive needs in our Intensive Community Residential Services (ICRS) programs. The role focuses on person-centered care, independence, and community participation within a safe environment.

You will work evenings across Friday to Monday, with shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and this is a temporary position; full training is provided, including Positive Behavioral Supports and crisis

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse populations.
• Trauma-informed care approach in daily work.
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping across shifts.
• Ability to manage crisis situations safely (training provided).
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
