Harvard Maintenance is hiring a Porter in Nashville, TN to maintain the daily cleanliness of building lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. You will respond to tenant requests, assist with event setups, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, physical fitness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Salary is hourly, with benefits included; schedule is Monday through Friday, evenings, with potential for growth within a large, nationwide

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Porter experience is preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to discuss with people at all levels.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stay physically active.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, common areas, and building spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to keep areas tidy and presentable.
• Empty trash and restock restroom supplies.
• Respond to tenant requests and safety issues promptly.
• Assist with moving equipment and setting up spaces for events.
