Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Colorado is seeking a PM Account Compliance Supervisor to oversee quality control of general operations and boost client satisfaction. The Night Supervisor will work independently or with others across diverse facilities, reporting client concerns to management for prompt action.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a focus on maintaining service quality and following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of management experience, coaching and leading a team across multiple locations.
• Building, facilities, janitorial or related industry experience a plus.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors and in-house labor by communicating client priorities and solving problems.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain and win business.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention, including nightly recap via email/phone.
• Recommend IC work assignments, align with client standards and SLAs, and discharge if not meeting service levels.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needs.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, approved tools/equipment usage.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
