This role emphasizes field presence, coaching, inspections, and ensuring commitments are met.

The ideal candidate will manage client relations, conduct inspections, and collaborate with Operations leadership to maintain high standards and account performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience across multiple locations or accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and scope compliance.
• Review client scopes and ensure services meet expectations.
• Address client complaints and urgent account needs.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide nightly updates to Operations leadership.
