City Wide Facility Solutions in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Second Shift Supervisor (Account Compliance Manager) to lead after-hours operations, support crews, and ensure quality behind the scenes. You'll visit client sites, verify work, address concerns, and ensure independent contractors meet our gold standard while collaborating with the Operations team on starts and escalations.

This field-based role requires reliability and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-site supervision, operations, or janitorial services management.
• Proven ability to lead and influence independent workers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to hold others accountable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key on-site contact during evening operations, building relationships with ICs and ensuring service quality.
• Conduct inspections, address customer requests, and coordinate start-ups for new clients.
• Monitor account performance and adjust workflows as needed.
• Communicate nightly activities, site issues, or escalations to the Facilities Solutions Manager.
• Uphold City Wide policies and safety standards.
• Adapt across environments from office to warehouse.
