Responsibilities

• Prepare, press and assemble pizza doughs, sauces and toppings for daily production.
• Bake pizzas as needed throughout the meal period.

• Rotate and properly store product at end of shift.
• Clean and sanitize work station.
• Complete daily production sheet and temperature logs.
