Job summary

Evening shift, 40 hours weekly, on-site at campus. Requires high school diploma and valid driver's license; 6 months to 1 year phlebotomy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in phlebotomy and/or specimen processing.
• Active driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Associates working in a skilled nursing facility setting are required to have an active driver's license and carry personal auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy and/or specimen processing as required by campus.
• Provide customer service to clinicians and clients.
• Perform routine laboratory procedures per guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance including CAP, OSHA, CMS, JCAHO, and Laboratory Policies and Procedures.
• Train new employees and students.
