Job summary

TriHealth in Oxford, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect quality specimens from adult, pediatric and geriatric patients and support diagnostic testing. You’ll process orders, assist with LIS/HIS entry, and ensure specimen integrity in collaboration with the lab team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years phlebotomy experience preferred, and training conducted on hire. The schedule is part-time, 48 hours bi-weekly, with day shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.

• Phlebotomy training provided on hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specimen integrity by obtaining patient identification and accurate data.
• Document information as required within designated timeframes.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in the collection process and take initiative when needed.
• Perform complex tasks when asked and handle additional duties as assigned.
• Complete documentation to meet safety, confidentiality, and sample integrity standards.
