Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for first shift in Columbus, OH. This 4-month contract is onsite with shift from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM EST. Requires a high school diploma and phlebotomy experience; anesthesia-free; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Benefits include health plans and 401k.

Ideal candidates will have strong accuracy, data entry skills, and the ability to work weekends or on-call as needed. Professional patient interaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily phlebotomy duties accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform with confidence the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients and the public.
