Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 70% Phlebotomy and specimen processing as per location.
• 15% Computer-related tasks (LIS, e-Source).
• 5% Train new employees and students.
• 5% Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, CMS).
• 5% Maintain competencies and mandatory education.
